maximum duration of tax preferences under the law
The law allows tax relief and preferences for residents by decision of the City Council. This creates an opportunity to consider the special regime in your long-term project planning.
Eligibility must be assessed for your project. Company registration alone does not grant relief. Application depends on status, activities, Council decisions and administration regulations.
