Terms of Use

These Terms set the rules for using the Level Up platform: the web portal app.alataulevelup.kz and the Level Up mobile app for Android and iOS (the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Level Up Ltd. (the “Company”).

By signing up or signing in to the Platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not sign up or post content on the Platform.

1. Account

Some features require an account. You provide accurate information, do not impersonate anyone else, and keep your sign-in details safe. Anything done from your account is considered done by you.

Some features may require profile verification and confirmation of your role: resident, investor or company representative.

2. Access to the service

Some Platform features are in beta. The Company may change, limit or update individual tools without prior notice.

3. Your content

In the forum and other sections you can post topics, comments, files and other materials (“Content”). Content is visible to other Platform users.

You are responsible for your Content being lawful and for having the rights to it. By posting Content, you allow the Company to store and display it on the Platform until it is deleted.

4. Objectionable content and behavior

The Platform has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. You must not post or do any of the following:

  • insults, bullying, threats or harassment of other users;
  • hate speech or discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender, age or other grounds;
  • pornography, violent content and materials harmful to minors;
  • spam, fraud, phishing and misleading advertising;
  • other people’s personal data without their consent;
  • materials that infringe copyright or other third-party rights;
  • any other content that violates the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

You must also not bypass Platform restrictions, interfere with its operation or use it on behalf of a blocked account.

5. Reports, blocking and moderation

  • You can report a topic or comment from the “⋯” menu next to it.
  • From the same menu you can block the author: their topics and comments will immediately stop being shown to you. You can unblock an author in your profile under Settings.
  • Moderators review reports within 24 hours. Content that violates these Terms is removed, and its author may be blocked from the Platform.

The Company may remove Content, restrict access or block an account without prior notice if it violates these Terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The Company provides digital infrastructure and interaction tools but does not guarantee deals, investments or any outcome of contacts between users. The Company is not responsible for user Content but removes violations as described above.

Paid Platform services are governed by the Public Offer, and personal data processing by the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

The Company may change these Terms. The new version is published on this page and takes effect upon publication. By continuing to use the Platform, you accept the new version.
